How to enroll in Secure Now.
Getting started with Secure Now on mobile.
1. Log in to the mobile app with your User ID and password or biometric login | |
2. After login in, you will be asked a security question to confirm your identity. Enter the answer to your security question and tap “Continue“. | |
3. Once your identity has been verified, you will see a screen like the one shown to the left. You can now receive a one-time verification code and enter it into the app for added security when logging in. Tap “Set up” to enroll in two-factor authentication on mobile. | |
4. Now select your default phone number and choose passcode delivery method – via text message or automated phone call. After making your selections, tap “Enroll” to continue. | |
5. After tapping “Enroll” users should receive a one-time passcode to their specified phone number. Enter the code when received, and tap “Verify“. | |
6. Enrollment successful! From now on, you will receive a one-time verification code before sensitive interactions and logins on your mobile device. You can manage two-factor authentication settings under the “More” menu. |
Already have Secure Now on your online banking? Here’s what you do.
1. Log in to the mobile app with your User ID and password or biometric login | |
2. After login in, you should receive a one-time passcode to your default phone number. If you want to use a different phone number, you can tap the text highlighted to the left or access the “More” menu after logging in. | |
3. You should receive a one-time passcode to your specified phone number. Enter the code when received, and tap “Verify“. | |
4. Once the correct code has been entered, you will be able to access your mobile banking app and continue managing your finances. From now on, you will receive a one-time verification code before sensitive interactions and logins on your mobile device. |
