In an inspiring effort to guide the next generation of professionals, Karen Miles, our EVP Commercial Lending & Credit Officer, participated in Mason High School’s Experiential Learning Program Career Day. This event, sponsored by the CREW Network in collaboration with the University of Cincinnati College of Business, was a remarkable opportunity for students to explore various career paths in commercial real estate and related fields.
A Day of Discovery and Learning
On May 15th, 2024, Karen joined a group of passionate professionals to share insights with 30 eager Mason High School sophomores and juniors.

Organized by Joe Schroeder, the Mason High School Experiential Learning Coordinator and Director of the Warren County Community Services, the event was designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of careers in Law, Architecture, Finance, Real Estate, and Environmental Science.
Inspiring Future Careers
Karen’s participation was particularly significant given her extensive experience in commercial lending and credit. As a member of the CREW Network, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a commitment to fostering relationships in the commercial real estate industry.
