Dreams Within Reach Race 5K/10K 2022 – On October 15th, at 9 AM, 1st National Bank and community members of Warren County gathered on a chilly morning in Armco Park. Attendees were there to show their support for Dreams Within Reach. This year over 100 community members showed their support by participating in either the mile walk, 5K, or 10K. The race is held to raise funds in support of the Dreams Within Reach Committee. The DWRC does important work with the Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities.

Events such as the Dreams Within Reach Race are incredibly important to our community. The Warren County Board of Developmental Disabilities provides wonderful programs to help families with children and adults living with developmental disabilities.  These fundraisers help improve the program to attract Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and WCBDD employees, provide better care for those in need, and allow the WCBDD to continue to provide positive life experiences.

1st National Bank was proud to sponsor this year’s race and even had some employees enter the race. Two of which won their age groups. Congratulations Alex and Adhi! We had our trusty 1st National Bank tent set up to hand out some free swag to community members that showed up. With it being so chilly, the hats were a big hit. We had a lot of fun participating in the event and hope it continues to grow and benefit the WCBDD.
